Getting jolted out of bed with a loud alarm only startles your body and starts your day off with aggravation. The alarm clock portion of the app works with the rest of the program to keep track of your personal sleep patterns as you doze. The app conditions your body to wake up when you are at your lightest sleep cycle. It uses a wake up phase, which will be 30 minutes by default that ends when you desire. Sleep Cycle monitors the signals your body gives off and wakes you up easily. You can also use Snooze, Intelligent Snooze and Regular Snooze when you wish to.
