Dark Echo is a remarkably unique wave in a sea of mediocrity as far as mobile games are concerned. You are represented by a pair of white footprints on a foreboding black screen. You can see nothing, as the game is entirely based on sound and suspense. As you tap the screen, you take a deafening steps and see you leave a tiny white trail. Soon, you'll come to realize that you can hear another sound near you in the darkness, and it's absolutely terrifying. It is accompanied by a malicious red aura, and it's coming for you. With no idea of where to run, or what horrible fate awaits you if you are caught, you are forced to try and find your way to an exit in the impenetrable darkness. Pray you're faster than that awful something that chases you through the abyss.
